MULTI-PROFILE ACCESS

One login, every company your client runs

Business clients rarely are one business. On FinLabCore, a single authenticated user holds a personal profile and as many company profiles as they run, switching context in a click, and registering a new legal entity themselves, from inside the app, without a support ticket.

Add a new company in a few steps

Company creation is a self-service flow, not a sales process: the client verifies control of a business email with a one-time code, then captures the company’s master data, including the people and their roles (UBO, shareholder, representative, director) and declared ownership, in one structured screen. The new entity enters the platform with a clear path through KYC/KYB verification to full activation, its status visible along the way.

Personal and business profiles, one click apart

Each profile is its own context, its own dashboard, wallets and data, and the client moves between them without logging out. A default profile jumps them straight into the account they use most; groups that grow simply add companies, each arriving as a fresh workspace under the same login.

Client multi-entity is not platform multi-tenancy

Worth being precise, because both live on this platform: this feature is your client holding several of their own entities under one login. Multi-tenancy is your platform hosting several brands as isolated tenants, a different layer entirely. A client’s five companies live inside your tenant; your five brands live beside each other on the core. FinLabCore does both, and never confuses the two.
