KYC & KYB ONBOARDING
KYC & KYB onboarding for corporate and individual clients
The client relationship starts with knowing who you are dealing with, and proving it. FinLabCore onboards corporates and individuals with identity and risk verification, screens officials and beneficial owners, and gates what each client may do behind tiered levels and country rules, before the first payment, not after it.
Identity and risk verification, corporate and individual
Onboarding runs through a specialist verification provider integrated into the flow: identity established, risk assessed, and, for corporates, officials and beneficial owners screened, so KYB reaches the people behind the entity, not just the registry entry. Corporate and individual journeys both live in the product; a business client and its directors do not need two systems.
What the individual journey collects, document capture, live face-scan, and the structured risk questionnaire with PEP, sanctions and source-of-wealth declarations, is walked through on Onboarding & Liveness.
Tiered client levels govern what a client may do
Verification is not a binary gate, it is a dial. Tiered client levels tie what a client may transact to what has been verified: limits and available capabilities scale with the tier, so a lighter tier transacts lightly and a fully verified client operates fully. Commercially, that means onboarding friction is spent exactly where the risk justifies it, and the upgrade path is part of the product, not a support ticket.
Country eligibility rules, enforced from the start
Where you accept clients from is policy, so it is configuration: country-level eligibility rules apply at registration, maintained centrally alongside the payment-availability rules that govern where money may go. Your geographic risk appetite is one decision, enforced in one place.
Manual review and approval, where policy wants eyes
Automated verification handles the clear cases; the rest route to people. Onboarding review and approval run in the back office, applications in queues, client context attached, decisions role-based and attributable. Approved clients enter the lifecycle; declined ones leave a record. Either way, the answer to who approved this client, and on what basis is history, not archaeology.
