FILE MANAGER

A file manager inside the banking platform

Business banking runs on documents, and they should not live in a desktop folder named “bank stuff final v2.” The File Manager gives your clients one home for their files inside the platform: upload, categorise, search and manage, from the same sidebar as their money.

Upload once, organised from the start

Uploads are guided, not dumped: clients pick one or many files, and a dedicated upload flow has each one named and assigned a required category before anything is saved, with validation catching incomplete records at the door. Assign a category once and apply it across the batch; remove strays before saving. The library stays organised because disorganisation never gets in.

Find any file in seconds

A growing library is only useful if it narrows fast: keyword search across the file set, a category filter, and a date-range filter with manual entry, calendar selection or preset periods. Files render as cards, preview information, category badge, name, metadata, with per-file actions to open, edit details, or delete without leaving the screen.

Manage files in bulk

Real businesses manage documents in batches, so the workspace does too: select individual cards or everything on the page, act on the selection, clear it and move on, with pagination carrying libraries of any size and the running total always visible. Every action lands with a clear confirmation through the platform’s notifications.
