These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website finlabcore.com (the “Site”), operated by FinLabCore OÜ, registry code 17104525, Peterburi tee 53, Tallinn, Estonia (“FinLabCore”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you accept these Terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

Access to and use of the FinLabCore platform, related products and professional services are governed exclusively by separate written agreements between FinLabCore and its customers. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia, with Harju County Court as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire terms governing use of the Site.
