This Privacy Policy explains how FinLabCore OÜ (“FinLabCore”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data collected through the website finlabcore.com (the “Site”). It applies to the Site only; personal data processed within the FinLabCore platform on behalf of our customers is governed by the relevant commercial agreements.

Data you give us. When you use the contact or demo forms, we collect the details you submit: name, work email, company, role, the topic or areas of interest you select, and the content of your message. If you correspond with us afterwards, we process that correspondence.
Data collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and referral source, through strictly necessary and security-related cookies and similar technologies described in Section 5.
We do not ask for, and you should not submit through the Site, any special categories of personal data or financial account credentials.

The Site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies, so we do not process your data for those purposes. If that changes, this Policy and the consent banner will be updated first.
Enquiry and correspondence data: for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and then for up to 24 months from our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing business relationship. Technical and security data: for the periods stated in the cookie notice and by our security tooling, after which it is deleted or aggregated.
The Site uses strictly necessary cookies (for core WordPress functionality and security) and stores your cookie-consent preferences through our consent tool. The Site does not currently set analytics, performance or advertising cookies. You can review and change your choices at any time through the cookie banner and in your browser settings.

Our hosting and form processors are located within the European Economic Area (EEA). We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls and encrypted transmission of Site traffic. No transmission over the internet is entirely secure; please submit through the forms only what your enquiry requires.
The Site is a business-to-business resource and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this Policy from time to time; the current version, with its effective date, is always available at this address. Material changes will be reasonably highlighted.
